This policy explains what information is processed when you visit mercuryarcade.site ("Mercury Arcade", "we"). The site is operated by Daniil Pomazkov, Belgrade, Serbia. Contact: contact page.

No accounts

You do not need to register to play. We do not ask for your name, email or any other personal details inside the games.

Game progress (local storage)

Your game progress, such as your card collection, counters and language choice, is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. It is not sent to us. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings or with the reset button inside a game.

Advertising and cookies

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners are third-party vendors that use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this and/or other sites on the Internet.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent message, provided through Google's certified consent management platform, before personalised ads or advertising cookies are used. You can change your choice at any time via the privacy settings link that appears on the site.

Optional rewarded ads

Some games offer an optional ad in exchange for an in-game bonus. Watching it is always your choice; the same advertising rules above apply.

Hosting and logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to its processing. Since we do not store personal data ourselves, most requests concern Google or Cloudflare, but you can always contact us and we will help.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
